1. Remove the injector. Put the injector into clean diesel oil after cleaning, loosen the adjustment screw, and block the injector hole chamber with a cork.
2. Oil the axle box. Take 1kg of dehydrator oil, pour it into the crankcase, and then rotate the crankshaft several turns to make the lubrication system full of dehydrator oil.
3. Parts polyester oil. Coat all fastening parts such as rocker arm, high pressure oil pipe, oil injection block, bolts and nuts with dehydrator oil to prevent rust.
4. Lubricate well. According to the overall lubrication requirements of the walking tractor, the standard lubricating oil is selected for full lubrication.
5. Wrap up dust proof. The air filter of the engine, exhaust flue, water tank port, fuel tank port and other easy to enter the soil and dust, with plastic cloth or oil paper and other items tied firmly, to prevent entering debris and dust.
6. First of all, keep the battery vent unblocked, because the general battery will produce hydrogen and oxygen in the use process, if the vent is blocked, it may cause the battery to break. Secondly, pay attention to the liquid level of the battery, the normal liquid level should be 10 ~ 15 mm higher than the plate. Unused batteries should be stored in a cool and ventilated place.
