Storage of walking tractors: walking tractors such as idle for a long time, there will be a series of problems and failures, in order to avoid failure when using again, because of the attention to maintenance measures.
1. Parking place. Can be placed in the warehouse, but do not put together with chemical fertilizers, pesticides, so as not to corrosion parts; Such as outdoor parking, should choose high terrain, dry ventilation place, and covered with plastic cloth and other coverings, to prevent mechanical damage and corrosion.
2. Supporting parts. The tractor with wooden pier or brick pad, to reduce the load of tires; If there is no cushion, the tire should increase the aeration by 10% to 20%, and should be checked regularly, often inflated, and can not be short of air.
3. Wash thoroughly. Remove dirt and oil stains on the surface of the tractor, check, adjust and tighten all parts and screws comprehensively, so as not to loose and fall off.
4. Drain off the oil and water. After the tractor is out of service, all the cooling water, diesel oil and oil in the engine should be put out.
5. Maintain parts. Take proper amount of dehydrator oil (heat the oil to about 130℃) into the intake pipe, turn the crankshaft, so that the oil adhere to the piston, piston rod, cylinder sleeve and valve. And shake the piston to the compression TDC, so as not to lose the performance of valve spring, push rod and other parts for a long time under pressure.
6. Remove fuel injector. After cleaning the injector, put it into clean diesel oil, loosen the adjusting screw, and plug the injector hole chamber with a wood plug.
7. Axle case oiling. Take 1kg of dehydrator oil, pour it into the crankcase, and then shake the crankshaft several times, so that the lubrication system is fully filled with dehydrator oil.
8. Parts polyester oil. Apply dehydrator oil to all fastening parts such as rocker arm, high pressure oil pipe, fuel injector, bolt and nut to prevent rust.
9. Lubricate well. According to the overall lubrication requirements of walking tractors, the standard lubricating oil is selected for full lubrication.
10. Wrap it for dust. The air filter, exhaust duct, water tank mouth, oil tank mouth and other easy into dirt and dust into the engine, with plastic cloth or oil paper and other items bound firmly, to prevent entering debris and dust.
11. First of all, to keep the battery vent unblocked, because the use of the general battery will produce hydrogen and oxygen, if the vent blockage may cause battery rupture. Secondly, pay attention to the battery liquid level, the normal liquid level should be 10 ~ 15 mm higher than the plate. Unused storage batteries should be stored in a cool and ventilated place.
