This DIBO-850 farm thresher machine corn maize thresher is widely applied for livestock breeding,   farms and household use.  It is used to shelling maize from cobs. The machine separates the kernels   from the cobs with an amazing speed without any breakage of the kernels as well as cobs. This corn maize thresher has advantage of easy operation, high output capacity, long-service life   and convenient maintenance.  It is also very easily transportable and convenient to work outdoor   with its own wheel and under-chassis.

Working Principle of maize corn sheller

1.Corn threshing machine is composed of feeding hopper, upper and lower housing and internal threshing and rolling device,air separation system composed of elevator, fan and chaff absorber, vibrating cleaning screen, frame, transmission system and so on.

2.Feed the corn into conveyor, corn cob goes into the threshing chamber .  After threshing  and separating ,corn seeds and  a small amount of debris go into the stirring dragons from the concave board .Mixed grain materials, go into the cleaning sieve through such as the dragon and elevator, and impurities smaller than grain drop off from the screen hole.  grain and other major impurities move along with the screen to outlet . 

3. When it arrive in the absorbers, small impurities are discharged out by absorber. Grains go into the grain collecting device from cleaning sieve. The corn cob after threshing is discharged from the straw outlet.
