The fully powered electric floor crane has an easy and quick operation. The unit raises and lowers loads with the push of a button and can maneuver loads in warehouses and trailers. The heavy duty rigid hook with safety latch provides long service. The high-torque DC drive and lift motors handle heavy-duty jobs. Floor crane includes integral battery charger, battery level gauge, and emergency battery disconnect. The truck rolls smoothly on poly-on-steel, steer and load wheels. Ergonomic handle features easy to operate throttle with infinite adjustment of forward and reverse speeds, controlled lift/lower controls, adjustable length legs, proprietary safety-enhancing emergency reverse function, and horn. When the proprietary safety-enhancing emergency reverse function is activated, the emergency reverse belly switch instantly reverses direction and moves the unit forward (away from the operator) until the switch is released or after 1.5 seconds have elapsed.

Counterbalanced Crane Instruction

All components for these units are manufactured in CHINA, which enhances the overall quality of the counterbalanced cranes.The units are highly manoeuvrable even with a maximum capacity load, and can be moved without effort in the most extreme working environment.

·Hook & wire rope controlled by hydraulic winch, lifting up & down via wire rope, convenient & fast.
·Hook could reach floor, suitable for lifting material capacity less than 1 ton, especially good for small parts on ground.
·Trolley body with counter balance, arm could rotate left & right to 90º, easy to avoid obstacles on site, like machine tool etc.
·Pedestrian operation, proper for use in plant, warehouse, workshop, places with flat floor.

·The electric arm extends, returns and rotates, suitable for lifting and moving materials up to 1 ton.
·The boom can be raised and lowered, and the maximum height of the hook from the ground is 2200 mm.
·Walking operation, suitable for use in places with flat ground such as factories, warehouses and workshops.
